A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 10:00 am at the Nesbitt Funeral Home 165 Madison Avenue Elizabeth, NJ. Visitation 9:00 am until time of service. Ms. Howard leaves a loving family and dear friends to cherish her memory.
