Roberta Drayton

Roberta Drayton was born on March 4, 1953, in Georgetown, South Carolina to

Melvin Drayton and Bertha Miller Drayton.

Roberta was a kind and loving mother who enjoyed taking care of her

children, as well as her immediate and extended family.

Roberta was someone whose smile could light up an entire room, and a

personality and sense of humor that made her unforgettable. She enjoyed a

healthy and happy life and always had a story to tell about her children.

Roberta was predeceased by her mother and father, Melvin Drayton and Bertha

Miller Drayton.

Roberta departed this earthly life on October 13, 2021.

Roberta is survived by her loving and caring children, Markyshia Drayton

(daughter), and Markeil Drayton (son). Brothers: Melvin, Jr. (Darlene),

Jerome, Joseph, Jefferson, Kenneth and sister Yvette. Her loving Aunt

Willie Mae Drayton and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, close

relatives, extended family and friends.
